This 60 m² apartment comprises a good-sized kitchen, living room and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer.
The living room has a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa. A door opens onto a private terrace and garden at the front of the house, with views of the Mont Blanc mountain range.
There is a double bedroom and a single bedroom that can be converted into a double (pull-out mattress).
A modern shower room, which also contains a washing machine, completes this flat.

At the top of the contemporary staircase, you’ll find a superb chalet-style flat in wood and glass, measuring 105m2.
It has a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. As well as all the cooking equipment you’ll need, there’s a large cooker, a gas oven, a large fridge-freezer and a separate wine cellar. The kitchen also features a large central island, a breakfast bar and a bay window overlooking the mountains.
A dining table seating 8 and a sitting area and kitchen provide a splendid open plan space with large windows and glass doors opening onto the balcony and offering stunning mountain views. A central wood-burning stove keeps the space cosy.
There are two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). A mezzanine offers two additional places. Access to the latter is via a ladder and is not accessible to young children. Preferably for temporary use.
A separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also available.
The central landing gives access to the rear garden, surrounded by several houses in a quiet, rural setting.
In addition to the wood-burning stove, heating is provided by an energy-efficient pellet boiler with an underfloor hydraulic system.
High speed WiFi is provided and a double bedroom on the first floor has a desk and printer.
